About Students & Alumni
The Industrial and Engineering Technology
department has 15+ full-time students and 50+ part-time students in the two graduate
programs offered in the department. Many of the full-time graduate students in the
Industrial and Management Technology program are international students.
Most of the students in the Master of Arts in Industrial Education degree program are
practicing teachers who desire to update their technical and pedagogical skills and to
advance their careers. A significant component of the Master of Arts in the Industrial
Management and Technology degree program is the opportunity to work with industry on
professor-lead research projects as well as working directly with the industries on
internships. These opportunities, coupled with course work in the student's desired area
of concentration result in an outstanding graduate that is highly sought by industry.
